How long we keep your information
We retain client files and associated personal information for a minimum of seven years from the conclusion of an engagement, as required by our professional obligations. Website enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for twelve months. After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by us:
- The right to be informed about how your data is used
- The right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate personal data
- The right to request erasure of personal data where there is no lawful basis for continued retention
- The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand
